Maggie is a thought partner and leader in the feminist movement and space, with over 12 years in finance and operations. She has built and strengthened financial and organisational systems across feminist, coalitions, and development organisations, working with global teams to lead grants management, budgeting, audits, donor compliance, and setting up operations structures for large, complex portfolios.

Maggie designs the infrastructure that lets organisations run well from the inside out: procurement processes, internal controls, policy development, and the systems and documentation that hold an organisation together as it grows. She has guided organisations through major transitions, including moving from fiscal sponsorship to full independent registration, building finance and operational structures from the ground up.

Maggie enjoys solving problems differently. She's drawn to simpler processes, and systems that actually fit the organisation instead of forcing the organisation to fit the system. That same curiosity shapes her interest in alternative and sustainable financing models, and how organisations can rely less on donor funding.

Maggie believes finance and operations are never just administrative. They shape power, trust, and who gets to grow sustainably. She builds systems rooted in curiosity, agility, and care, with a particular passion for helping women and girls build the financial safety and freedom to shape their own futures.
